Focus on Faith
Sermon Outline - Pastor Thomas Robb
Bad habits are easier to develop then good habits
Actually bad habits don’t develop they occur naturally.
A child has to be taught to develop the habit of
brushing teeth, washing hands
to say
"yes sir" and "yes maam", or "no sir" and
"no maam"
or - list examples
to pray
study
share
discern between right and wrong
to avoid drugs
snakes
and race mixing
We need to develop the habit of faith
It just doesn’t magically happen
We need to develop the habit of faith especially in today’s world
faith comes from love
Love the Lord thy God . . .
Faith is a decision - like the decision to brush your teeth, wash your hands,
say your prayers or to be polite.
You decide to do each of these until they become a habit.
When Christ said - be like a child - he is telling us to go back to our youth
and begin to learn the habits of Christian character.

DEVELOP THE HABIT OF FAITH
Deuteronomy 20:1-9
1 “When thou goest out to battle against thine enemies,
(not always easy - will have enemies - love)
and seest horses, and chariots, and a people more than thou, be not afraid of
them: for the LORD thy God is with thee, which brought thee up out of the land
of Egypt. 2 And it shall be, when ye are come nigh unto the battle, that the
priest shall approach and speak unto the people, 3 And shall say unto them,
Hear, O Israel, ye approach this day unto battle against your enemies: let not
your hearts faint, fear not, and do not tremble, neither be ye terrified because
of them; 4 For the LORD your God is he that goeth with you, to fight for you
against your enemies, to save you . . .
A couple of examples to illustrate
1) Michael Dini, a biology professor at Texas Tech University, is refusing to
write letters of recommendations for any of his students who do not accept and
believe the teachings of evolution.
2) In California, the Supreme Court may alter the ethics policy of the
California courts which would prohibit judges from belonging to the Boy Scouts
because the Boy Scouts do not allow homosexual scout leaders.
3) The government has recently reported that the number of immigrants living
illegally in the United States jumped by 1 million in under four years. The 2000
Census and INS statistics, show that there are roughly 7 million immigrants,
mostly Mexicans, were living illegally in the United States as of January 2000.
Aside from Mexico, other countries which contributed large number of illegal
aliens include El Salvador, Guatemala, Colombia, Honduras, China and Ecuador.
4) Terry Pawclift - arrested for reading the Bible in front of an abortion
clinic and has been charged for terroristic threatening.
5) There is a proposal to establish U.S. Social Security offices in major
Mexican cities so that Mexicans who had lived in the United States (even those
who have lived here illegally) can apply and receive Social Security benefits.
6) The Mexican government has established offices in cities throughout the
country in which Mexican nationals who are in this country illegally can obtain
ID cards. These cards called Matricula Consular look similar to your state
issued driver lincense and the only people who would have need of one is an
illegal. Some states are now accepting these ID cards for the purpose of
obtaining driver license. Also these cards are accepted by at least 74 banks
throughout the nation including, Wells Fargo and Bank of America.
Verse 8 “And the officers shall speak further unto the people, and they
shall say, What man is there that is fearful and fainthearted? let him go and
return unto his house, lest his brethren's heart faint as well as his heart.”
Fearful do not enter the kingdom
Re 21:8 “But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and
murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall
have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone.”
Fearful -
Romans 6:16 “Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to
obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey.”
New Living Translation “Don't you realize that whatever you choose to
obey becomes your master?”
Fear is as natural to us as hunger and thirst. Pain is also natural and
necessary. If you would hurt your leg with a severe cut and felt no pain you
could possibly lose much blood before you were aware of it. So like pain - fear
is also a positive natural reaction to things that can harm us. In that regard
fear is a stimuli. Fear will help you to run when you need to run, to lift your
guard and to stay clear of danger. It causes the adrenaline to flow and perhaps
your feet to move swiftly.
But fear is also a depressant. And whether fear is your stimuli or your
depressant depends on you, your attitude and your focus.
Those of you who have ever raised chickens may have seen how fear in the
chicken will cause him to react strangely. If a dog begins to chase a chicken it
will flutter its wings, squawk and run. However, something strange then happens.
If the dog should catch the chicken, the chicken will stop running and will
literally squat on the ground while the dog begins to chew on him without even
making an attempt to escape. The chicken became so fearful that he was unable to
move. Fear was no longer the tool but the master.
Sometimes people act the same way. Thomas Paine observed this phenomenon and
wrote of it in his essay Common Sense. “The summer soldier
and the sunshine patriot will in this crisis shrink from service to his country.
But he who stands now deserve the thanks of men and women.”
All through the Bible we see examples of God calling common folks like you
and me for service. Sometimes the service was great (in the eyes of man) and
other times small, but at each time there were men and women who answered the
call and stood.
So God has called us - you and me - to his service. Those of us hear and most
of those listening on tape are aware of our identity. You know that the
Anglo-Saxon, Nordic, Germanic and the kindred people of Europe are Israel. You
know that God is dealing with our people in spite of the fact that most are
totally unaware.
Christ said, “to whom much is given, much is required.” You can
not go back on what you know to be true. Once you have seen you will never be
satisfied with darkness again. Once you know your identity you will never be
satisfied with the preachers, teachers and teaching of Judeo-Christian churches.
Even so, fear will cause even Identity people to “shrink from service”
just as Tom Paine said. These are the summer soldiers and sunshine patriots of
Identity. Like the chicken cowering while the dog chews on his neck.
Fear without faith will be a depressant and cause the “summer soldier” to
become inactive. When this kind of fear fills the life of a Christian they are
afraid of the unknown. Those who fight against us use this fear most
effectively. They are quick to employ fear propaganda against us.
If you walk down the street and ask people about the Zionist domination of
our government, most people would look at you like a deer caught in your
headlights. It is this massive shroud of ignorance upon our nation which makes
us (as a nation) easy to manipulate. Attempting to awaken them from their stupor
is nearly an impossible task.
And they like it that way!
Then there is the other crowd. This is the group you and I belong to. It isn’t
because we are smarter or more intelligent. It isn’t because we belong to a
certain group, read a certain book or listened to a certain speaker. It isn’t
because we were born in a certain place or belonged to a certain religion.
I really don’t know why there are those of us who have become knowledgeable
of our Identity and the awareness of those forces arrayed against our people and
our faith. But the fact is there are people from the factory worker to the
school teacher to the barber and the doctor, from a small town in Oregon to the
hustle and bustle of New York who do know and do understand.
It is at this juncture that fear propaganda has its most important job to
play. While Zionist Jews will shrug their shoulders and wail about persecution
and their helplessness before the masses of people, they will immediately switch
roles once a person becomes “aware.”
The fear of losing our children, communities and nation to homosexuals,
race-mixers, abortionists and globalists which will arouse a person to search
for and be open to truth is a positive fear. It is the fear for survival. It is
also a fear that should cause us to realise our helplessness and then to develop
faith. If faith is not developed then we become a victim of our paranoia.
It is the same fear that causes the chicken to run.
But those same conspirators (I use conspirators even though I think the word
is somewhat misleading because many of those who seek to ruin our western
culture are not conspirators as such but merely following a propensity of their
nature.) who profess innocence before the masses will then advance the concept
of fear in the eyes of those who are aware of their activity.
The purpose is clearly seen. If you are aware of their evil deeds and
intentions, then the only solution is to convince you that their power is so
strong in so many areas and so virtually complete that you would be wise to “keep
your mouth shut.”
And it works!
Patriots throughout the country relate tales of black helicopters, UN troops,
chemicals in the air being dispersed by aircraft, Red Chinese on our borders
etc. Its only a trap to scare them into inactivity.
I have seen too many patriots who are fearful of even attending meetings
because of “spies” writing down their license plate numbers or taking their
pictures.
Are they doing it? Are there agents taking your picture etc. Maybe, I don’t
know. But the issue before us is not whether someone is taking your picture, or
whether there are UN troops or chemicals being dumped in the air. The question
is what kind of Christian soldier are you going to be?
What kind of reaction would an officer in the military have if a soldier came
to him and said, “I can’t go out there and fight - people are shooting at
us?” You and I both know the what the officer’s reaction would be.
Christ is our Commander in Chief, we are in a war against the rebellion of
Satan recorded in the 14th chapter of Isaiah. Sure there are those that hate
you, sure there are those doing battle against you, sure there are those who
seek to destroy this great Republic. But as a Christian Soldier we must stand
and proclaim the Good News of God’s impending VICTORY! We must not be the
chicken cowering as the dog chews on our neck, nor be the “summer soldier”
who “shrank from service to his country.”
Distribute liteature, talk to your friends, spread the word to people where
ever and whenever you can.
When the call is made - “Who is on the Lord’s side?” what will your
answer be.”
“Hear, O Israel, ye approach this day unto battle against your enemies: let
not your hearts faint, fear not, and do not tremble, neither be ye terrified
because of them; 4 For the LORD your God is he that goeth with you, to fight for
you against your enemies, to save you.”
Psalms 23 “The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to
lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth
my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. 4 Yea,
though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil:
for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. 5 Thou preparest a
table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with
oil; my cup runneth over. 6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the
days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.”
